Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for ebooks once they have been purchased and downloaded. Once you have downloaded an ebook, it becomes your property, and we cannot revoke access to it.

We strive to ensure that you receive the correct files and are able to access them promptly. If you encounter any issues with your download or have questions about your purchase, please contact our customer support team. Here are some common reasons why we cannot offer refunds or returns:

• Digital goods cannot be returned: Once you have downloaded and accessed an ebook, it is no longer a physical product that can be returned.
• Instant delivery: Our ebooks are delivered immediately upon purchase, meaning you can start reading them right away. This makes it impossible to return a product that has already been consumed.
• Intellectual property rights: Ebooks are protected by copyright law, and we cannot revoke access to a copyrighted work once it has been purchased.

We understand that there may be rare instances where you may not be able to access your ebook. In these cases, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or return.
